In the warm embrace of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Ziebart recently hosted its much-anticipated Franchise Owner Celebration. Under the theme "One Love One Ziebart," this gathering epitomized the spirit of unity, excellence, and shared success that defines the Ziebart family. The festivities kicked off with a vibrant welcome reception on the sandy shores of the beach, setting the tone for days filled with insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and moments of celebration. Here's a glimpse into the highlights of this memorable event:

In the warm embrace of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Ziebart recently hosted its much-anticipated Franchise Owner Celebration. Under the theme "One Love One Ziebart," this gathering epitomized the spirit of unity, excellence, and shared success that defines the Ziebart family. 

The festivities kicked off with a vibrant welcome reception on the sandy shores of the beach, setting the tone for days filled with insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and moments of celebration. Here's a glimpse into the highlights of this memorable event:

 

Day One: Setting the Course for Another 65 Years 

On day one, attendees immersed themselves in a series of impactful presentations aimed at charting the course for Ziebart's continued success. Topics included "Setting the Course for Another 65 Years," "Elevate Every Moment: The Grand Introduction of Ziebart," and "From Local to Legendary: Ziebart’s Journey Begins. Highlights included the launch of the brand’s first mascot, a new national advertising campaign and several new partnerships in sports and automotive. These sessions were followed by dynamic business solution roundtables, fostering collaboration and innovation among franchise owners. 

The day concluded with exciting excursions for attendees to experience the beauty of Jamaica, followed by an enchanting opening night event that brought everyone together in a spirit of camaraderie and celebration. 

 

Day Two: Unity in Leadership and Recognizing Excellence 

Day two commenced with inspirational presentations focusing on "Unity in Leadership: Franchise Owners Inspiring the Future" and "Strategies for Profitable Growth." This special panel discussion featured Ziebart franchisees Brian O’Shaughnessey, Nick Lambie, and Drew Nicholoff providing firsthand perspectives on leadership and growth within the Ziebart community.  

 The day continued with further business roundtables, allowing participants to delve deeper into key strategies and best practices. 

The highlight of the evening was the prestigious Dealer Awards Gala and dinner, where Ziebart franchisees were recognized for their outstanding contributions and achievements. Awards that were presented included:

  • New Dealer of the Year: Mike Drizake; Triadelphia, West Virginia
