Ziebart International Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping available in the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Ziebart International Corproation does not accept returns. All sales are final.
  • Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order. 

Product Orders 

  • All orders will be shipped FedEx ground.
  • Orders are not held for any back ordered items. We strive to maintain adequate stock levels of all products, so all orders are shipped as soon as possible.
  • All orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to Ziebart International Corporation within five (5) days of receipt.
  • Shipping and handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please do not return any damaged items to us. Contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged package. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. Please note if the package itself is damaged as this will assist us in processing a claim. This process may take a few weeks to complete. Save all packaging materials and the carton in which your shipment arrived. The carrier may want to inspect these items. If you would like to receive replacement goods right away, please contact us and we will re-ship the damaged items. We will charge your account for the replaced items and issue credit to your account upon completion of the carrier’s claim.
  • For defective items, please contact Ziebart International Corporation for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

Gift Certificate Orders

  • There are two shipping options for gift certificate orders,  standard and priority.
  • Standard shipping orders will be mailed out within one (1) business day via USPS First Class Mail with a delivery period within 5-7 business days to most shipping destinations.
  • Priority shipping orders will be shipped out within one (1) business day via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery period within 2-4 business days to most shipping destinations. Priority orders will include a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you. The priority shipping option is not offered if a gift certificate order is combined with a product order; in this case, your gift certificate is shipped free of charge when combined with a product purchase.
  • Gift Certificates purchased online can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds are available after the gift certificates have been sent to the customer.
  • Ziebart is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed gift certificates.
